Refund and Returns Policy

If you receive a defective or damged item, please contact us with one week after you receiving the order. And please take some pictures of the defective items and send to us via email (support@photocanvasonline.com.au). If the order was damaged during delivery, please take the following three pictures to us:

1.Picture of damaged item.
2.Picture of airway bill,please make sure the airway bill is still pasted on carton box,and make sure the tracking number is visible.
3.Picture of whole package.

Once we receive these pictures, we will arrange replacement of your order immediately. In most of the cases, we do not accept refund, if you are not happy with the products, please give us feedback, then we will fix the problem and arrange replacement until you are satisfied. Besides, normally the turnaround time is about 3-5 working days, if you need the item in a certain of timeframe, please leave enough time for delivery especially in the peack time (such as Chrismas), we will not accept refund for orders which did not arrive in time, as the delivery time is out of control.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to Photo Canvas Online and always has been. You may be asked to provide your personal information which include your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information when you are ordering or registering on our site. We will not use any of your personal information and photos for any other purpose except for processing your order.
